The Ballard Locks is 100 years old !
So we decided a Picnic was a good idea--
We could watch the boats coming and going
through the locks-- really cool!
There's also a Botanical Garden to explore!
Watching the Boats go up or down 20 feet is neat,
but watching fish go up a ladder is even more exciting !
These Salmon are strong swimmers--
I even saw a small fry--- now I want some
Fish & Chips!
